Questions secretaries ask

Does So Moved know our bylaws?
No. You tell it your quorum rule and what a motion needs (for example a majority, or two-thirds of the votes cast). It does the counting by that rule. Your bylaws and your chair decide; So Moved records.
Who can see our minutes?
Only people with the book’s private link. With the Pass you can also share a members’ link that shows approved minutes only, never drafts and never the editing pages. Nothing is published or listed anywhere.
Do we need accounts or email addresses?
No. The book is opened by its link. Keep the link safe: we store only a scrambled form of it and cannot look it up for you.
Is this clubcity.org?
No. clubcity.org is a different site. So Moved is a record book for one club’s secretary, not a social network.
