The Secretary’s Pass is $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year. Clubs that meet once a year can take $1.00 for 7 days around the annual meeting. Free during preview.

So Moved is in preview: payments are not switched on yet, so every Pass feature is free for every book. The prices above are the prices that will apply when payments start; nothing is charged before then, and you will not be signed up for anything.
One Pass, one book
The Pass belongs to a minute book, not to a person. The members’ link lets everyone in the club read approved minutes without paying anything.
When payments start
Payments will be taken by PayPal. A monthly or yearly Pass renews until you cancel; the 7-day Pass is a one-time payment that does not renew. Cancelling stops the next payment; the book and its meetings stay readable.
If you stop paying
Nothing is deleted. The book goes back to the free limits: you can read every meeting and print the minutes, but not add a fourth meeting or use the register, the open actions list or the members’ link.
