So Moved (clubcity.net) is provided by WeldonPC. By using it you agree to these terms.

The service

So Moved stores minute books and counts quorums and votes by the rule you choose. It is a record-keeping tool, not legal or parliamentary advice. Your club’s bylaws, its rules of order and its presiding officer decide whether a quorum was present and whether a motion was adopted. Check the result against your own rules before you rely on it.

Your content

What you put in a minute book is yours. You are responsible for it and for having your club’s agreement to record it. Do not enter information about children, payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information. Keep your link safe: anyone with it can change the book, and a lost link cannot be recovered.

Prices and payments

The prices are shown on the Pricing page. While So Moved is in preview, payments are not switched on and every feature is free. When payments start, the prices on the Pricing page apply; a monthly or yearly Pass renews until cancelled, and the 7-day Pass is a single payment. Nothing is charged without your going through PayPal’s own checkout.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and backed up, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep a printed or saved copy of approved minutes, as clubs always have.

Misuse

Do not use So Moved to break the law, to harass anyone or to overload the service. Books used that way may be removed.
